植物信号实时监测与地方种质资源保护研究团队

一、团队简介:

植物电信号和化学信号实时监测及其作用机制研究以番茄拟南芥为研究对象,结合微流控技术,研究植物在受到环境或外界刺激后,植物体内电信号和化学信号的产生、传输及其互作机制。植物电信号是植物对外界环境刺激做出的最初响应,在植物细胞内、细胞间进行信息传递,进一步启动植物体内的化学信号如过氧化氢、植物激素分子等,从而对植物生长发育、抗病抗逆反应进行调节。该研究方向具有较强的学科交叉性和跨学科特点,涉及植物学、植物生理学、分子生物学、电分析化学、纳米材料和信息等学科,研究成果具有重要理论和现实意义,具有良好的发展前景。

地方种质资源保护主要围绕南通特色的植物种质资源的收集、鉴定、利用和保护开展研究,助力地方乡村振兴。

三、团队负责人简介:

孙利军,男,浙江大学植物病理学博士,教授,硕士生导师,先后入选江苏省高校青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师(2016.05)、江苏省第十四批六大人才高峰高层次人才培养对象(2017.10)以及江苏省高校青蓝工程中青年学术带头人(2021.06)。指导本科生完成国家大学生创新训练和江苏省大学生创新训练各1项、指导指导2014级本科生毕业论文获江苏省2018届本科优秀学位团队论文1项;指导2020级本科生获2022全国植物生命科学竞赛江苏赛区二等奖1项。先后主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上以及南通市自然科学基金重点项目各1项。研究成果:发表SCI论文26篇(以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文22篇),其中中科院1SCI论文7篇,2SCI论文10篇。现任中国植物生理与分子生物学学会会员、中国作物学会-智慧农业学会高级会员,Chemosensors期刊(IF= 4.23, JCR二区)客座编辑,Lab on a Chip等一区TOP国际学术期刊的受邀论文评审人。承担本科生《植物生物学》、《药用生物学》及《植物资源学》研究生的教学工作。

1、教师

朱新宇,男,资深教授,中国科学院植物研究所,植物学博士,硕士生导师,江苏省遗传学学会常务理事、江苏省生物医学工程学会生物信息学专委会委员。主持项目:江苏省自然科学基金面上、江苏省教育厅自然科学面上项目、中国科学院植物研究研究所开放基金项目各1项。研究成果:发表SCI论文12篇(以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇)。

朱素琴,女,资深教授,扬州大学农学博士,硕士生导师。江苏省植物生理协会理事,2006年被评为南通市首批中青年科学技术带头人,2008年被评为江苏省高校青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师。研究方向:植物逆境生理和分子生物学。项目:主持完成省自然科学基金项目、省高校自然科学基金项目、市农村科技创新及产业化计划等,参与完成多项国家自然科学基金资助课题、江苏省自然科学基金资助课题的研究。研究成果:发表学术论文二十余篇,被SCI收录8篇。主讲生物化学、分子生物学等课程,主持《生物化学》课程建设。

孙健,男,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。主要从事植物种质资源创新及生物技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项,主持省基金1项,主持市厅级科研项目3项;参与国家级科研项目4项。指导大学生创新训练计划国家级项目2项,省级项目2项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,其中中科院一区论文4篇;中文核心期刊论文10余篇;中国农业生物技术协会会员,江苏省植物生理学会会员。

张华丽,女,哈尔滨工业大学工学博士、副教授、硕士生导师。南通市江海英才、 江苏省双创计划人才。主要从事微流控技术、微纳加工等方面的研究工作。主持项目:江苏省自然科学基金项目1项,南通市科技计划项目2项。研究成果:发表学术论文三十余篇,其中SCI收录5篇。申请发明专利11件,其中获授权2.

谢冬微,女,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。主要从事植物遗传学及分子生物学研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项,主持省基金1项,主持中国博士后科学基金1项,主持市厅级科研项目1项;参与国家及省部级科研项目3项。指导大学生创新训练计划省级项目1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇,其中中科院一区论文2篇;中文核心期刊论文10余篇;中国农业科学院麻类研究所骨干专家,中国农业科学院优秀博士后,江苏省植物生理学会会员。

周蓉,女,亚博赞助阿根廷球队植物学专业,硕士,实验师。主持校级课题1项、校级教改课题1项,参与省级以上课题多项。主讲植物生物学实验、生物化学实验、植物组织培养技术等课程。

徐松芝,女,中国科学院植物研究所,植物学博士,讲师,发表SCI论文9篇(其中11篇,23篇)。

周义东,男,周义东,男,南京农业大学微生物学博士,讲师。研究方向为环境微生物代谢机制,植物微生物互作,以第一作者在微生物分子生物学顶级期刊Molecular Microbiology发表论文1篇、在Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry期刊发表SCI论文1篇。
